Terminal block classification
Terminal blocks can be divided into: European terminal block series, plug-in terminal block series, fence terminal block series, spring terminal block series, track terminal block series, through-the-wall terminal block series, Japanese combination terminal blocks, European frame pressure combination terminal blocks, spring terminals and circuit board PCB terminals. Circuit board connectors and other types. Production of high-current heavy-load sockets. CNC machine tool electronic handwheels, etc.

1: High-current terminal blocks

It is a type of terminal block; it can only withstand a stronger current than ordinary terminals, and the cross-sectional area of ​​the wire is large.
High current terminals are mainly divided into: spring terminals, fence terminals, plug-in terminals, rail terminals, through-the-wall terminals, etc.

2: Through-the-wall terminals:

screw connection wire technology is used, and the insulation material is PA66 (flame retardant grade: the connector is made of high-quality high-conductivity metal material. Through-the-wall terminals can be installed side by side on panels with thicknesses of 1mm to 10mm, and can automatically compensate for the distance of the panel thickness to form terminal rows with any number of poles, and isolation plates can be used to increase air gaps and creepage distances.

No tools are required to firmly install the through-the-wall terminals in the rectangular reserved holes on the panel, and the installation is extremely convenient. Characteristics of through-the-wall terminals.
No matter which wiring method is used, it has the following characteristics: Each wiring position is arranged in a straight line. The markings are clear and easy to read, and the corresponding relationship between each wiring position is clear and easy to identify. Flexible wires can be connected with or without tubular ends; screw terminals allow two wires to be connected at one wiring position. The plug-in direction, screwdriver operation direction and wiring direction can be optimized according to needs. The connection is reliable and convenient, the wiring is safe, and the corrosion resistance is extremely strong. The insulating shell is strong and durable, with a high flame retardant grade and can be protected from finger touch.

3: Test terminal block:

It is a sliding metal part that acts as a switch and can withstand the maximum working current through the terminal wire frame. When switching, loosen the screw with a screwdriver and move the slider, and the switch position will be clear at a glance; there are test sockets at both ends, and the connection test can be carried out with the corresponding test terminals, and the operation can be uninterrupted when measuring the current. It can be connected to a control circuit with a voltage of 660V and a current of 57A.

4: Fixed terminal block:

It includes a seat body, on which are equidistant parallel spacers, an insulating seat is formed between two spacers, a conductive metal sheet is installed in the insulating seat, one end of the metal sheet is connected to a screw for fastening the external lead, and the other end of the metal sheet is provided with a plug that matches the internal lead end. A decorative panel is provided on the interface unit above the plug. The interface unit is divided into two rows, upper and lower. The utility model adopts an integrated structure, which is easy to use and simple to operate; the internal lead end is provided with a decorative panel to avoid exposure of the wire, which is safe and reliable.
