Rogers RO5880 PCB
Rogers RO5880 raw material in stock · Fast express delivery

Overview
Rogers RT/duroid 5880 is a glass microfiber-reinforced PTFE composite engineered for demanding stripline and microstrip circuits. Randomly oriented microfibers deliver exceptional dielectric constant uniformity across the panel and over a wide frequency range, with an ultra-low loss factor extending into the Ku band and beyond.
As a manufacturer, Andwin provides high-quality Rogers RT/duroid 5880 PCB fabrication with material in stock and express delivery available.

Frequently Asked Questions
1.Can RO5880 be processed like FR-4?
No. RO5880 is a PTFE-based laminate and requires a dedicated PTFE process line (special drilling, desmear and bonding). It must not be mixed with standard FR-4 production.
2.What copper foil options are available?
Electrodeposited copper 1/4–2 oz/ft² (8–70 µm), reverse-treated ED, or rolled copper foil. Aluminum, copper or brass cladding can also be specified.
3. What thicknesses can I order?
Standard cores 0.127 / 0.252 / 0.508 / 0.787 / 1.575 mm. Extra thickness 0.0035″–0.375″ (0.089–9.5 mm) available on request.
4.Why is RO5880 more expensive?
It is a premium PTFE glass microfiber material with the lowest loss in the Rogers line; sheet price typically ranges 150–600 USD depending on thickness, copper and size.
5.What panel sizes do you stock?
18″×12″ (457×305 mm) and 18″×24″ (457×610 mm); other sizes can be ordered.
