How to choose balance cost and performance in pcb

In the manufacturing electronic product,choosing the right pcb is of vital importance. Although cheap PCBS’ save cost,after long-term use,they may bring more risk and hidden danger. As engineers ,we need to balance the pcb quality and cost.

1.Materials and performance


Cheap PCBs often use low-quality materials, which can compromise their electrical and mechanical performance. In contrast, ours high-quality PCBs utilize premium materials that meet industry standards (such as FR4 and PTFE), ensuring greater thermal stability and moisture resistance, and enhancing product reliability.

2.Accuracy and Reliability
