Direct Copper Bonding Substrate(DCB)-Ceramic PCB

We are pleased to introduce our latest product line, DCB ceramic PCBs. These

PCBs are designed to meet the high demands of power electronics and thermal

management applications. With their superior thermal conductivity, DCB ceramic PCBs

offer excellent heat dissipation capabilities, making them ideal for use in high-power

LED lighting, power supplies, and motor control systems.

DCB ceramic PCBs are made using a unique manufacturing process that involves

bonding a ceramic substrate to a metal base using a thin layer of copper. This process

results in a PCB that has excellent thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, and

good electrical insulation properties. The ceramic substrate used in our DCB ceramic

PCBs is made of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), which has a thermal conductivity of 24 W/mK,

making it an excellent choice for high-temperature applications.

Our DCB ceramic PCBs are available in a range of sizes and thicknesses to meet

the specific needs of your application. We offer single-sided, double-sided, and

multilayer DCB ceramic PCBs with up to six layers. Our DCB ceramic PCBs can

also be customized to include features such as plated through-holes, blind and

buried vias, and surface mount technology (SMT) components.

One of the main advantages of using DCB ceramic PCBs is their ability to dissipate

heat quickly and efficiently. This is especially important in applications where high

power levels are involved, as excessive heat can cause damage to components

and reduce their lifespan. With their excellent thermal conductivity, DCB ceramic

PCBs can help to extend the life of your components and reduce the risk of failure.

Another advantage of using DCB ceramic PCBs is their high mechanical strength.

The ceramic substrate used in our DCB ceramic PCBs is highly resistant to mechanical

stress and can withstand high temperatures without degrading.

This makes our DCB ceramic PCBs ideal for use in harsh environments where

temperature and vibration can be a concern.

In addition to their thermal and mechanical properties, DCB ceramic PCBs also

offer good electrical insulation properties. The ceramic substrate used in our DCB

ceramic PCBs has a high dielectric strength, which means that it can withstand

high voltages without breaking down. This makes our DCB ceramic PCBs ideal

for use in high-voltage applications such as power supplies and motor control systems.

At our manufacturing facility, we use state-of-the-art equipment and processes to ensure

that our DCB ceramic PCBs meet the highest quality standards.

We perform rigorous testing on all of our DCB ceramic PCBs to ensure that they meet or

exceed industry standards for thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, and electrical

insulation properties.

We are confident that our DCB ceramic PCBs will meet the needs of your application and

provide you with the reliability and performance that you require.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our DCB ceramic PCBs,

please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to working with you.
